Simon West Productions recently send us information for their IndieGoGo campaign to give their film "Night of the Living Dead: Darkest Dawn" a wide theatrical release that would include outdoor and drive in theaters. It will be making its world premiere on July 11th at Walker Stalker Fan Fest at Petco Park during San Diego Comic Con with cast (and zombies) in attendance. The film stars Tony Todd, Danielle Harris, Bill Moseley, R. Madhaven, Joseph Pilato and Tom Sizemore.
The filmmakers are looking to raise $200,000 in 24 days. This is a flexible funding campaign meaning the filmmakers will get the amount they raised once the campaign is over.

The modernized "graphic novel come to life" version of the original zombie classic is currently raising funds on Indiegogo to help widen their theatrical release, including many outdoor and drive-in theaters, following a very special premiere screening July 11th at Walker Stalker Fan Fest at Petco Park during San Diego Comic Con with cast (and zombies) in attendance!

We wanted to share these first looks at NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD: DARKEST DAWN (formerly titled NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD: ORIGINS 3D) starring Tony Todd, Danielle Harris, Bill Moseley, R. NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD: DARKEST DAWN is a new fully CG take on the 1968 classic, “Night of the Living Dead.” This is the story of a group of survivors fighting to stay alive when a mysterious plague unleashes the undead on New York City. Barricaded in an abandoned apartment building, the characters from the original film face new terror and question each other’s compassion and sense of humanity as they fight to stay alive against the army of the walking dead...It was directed by Krisztian Majdik, Zebediah Y. Desoto, and written by David Schwartz, Zebediah Y. De Soto, Jib Polhemus, and Mario Goldstein. It is a film by the fans for the fans and they are giving the fans a chance to get involved.
