Action Thriller "Badge of Honor" Blasts Its Way to DVD
Alchemy recently sent us information for their upcoming DVD release of "Badge of Honor". The upcoming film stars Mena Suvari, Jesse Bradford, Lochlyn Munro, Haylie Duff, Natasha Henstridge, Patrick Muldoon and Martin Sheen.
No special features were announced at this time.
"Badge of Honor" hits retail on February 2nd.
Plot Synopsis:
On her first day of the job, brand new Internal Affairs detective, Jessica Dawson (Mena Suvari), gets caught up in the aftermath of a violent drug bust that includes an officer shooting of an innocent young teenager. The facts, as reported by the two narcotic detectives, just don’t seem to add up. As she struggles to find the truth, the ramifications of a single lie reverberate throughout the whole precinct. Soon she finds she can’t trust anyone, including the precinct captain (Martin Sheen). In this gritty crime thriller that could be ripped from today’s headlines, it’s cop vs. cop in a deadly fight for honor.

Based on crime journalist Peter R. de Vries’s account of what has been called "the most notorious kidnapping of the 20th Century”, "KIDNAPPING MR. HEINEKEN” explores the abduction of Dutch brewery magnate Freddy Heineken(Anthony Hopkins) and his chauffeur, Ab Doderer, who were kidnapped in 1983 and held for what was the largest ransom at the time.

Official Stills for Barry Levinson's New Film "The Humbling"
Alchemy (formerly know as Millennium Entertainment) recently released stills for Barry Levinson's upcoming film "The Humbling". The film stars Al Pacino, Greta Gerwig, Kyra Sedgwick and Dylan Baker.
"The Humbling" hits theaters in limited release on 1/23.
Plot Synopsis:
When a legendary stage actor suddenly and inexplicably loses his ability to perform, he plunges into a profound depression. In an effort to regain his gift, he embarks on an affair with an iconoclastic woman half his age, who is both gay and the daughter of old friends, which wreaks havoc in both their lives.
Oscar®-winning director Barry Levinson directs Oscar-winning actor Al Pacino and Greta Gerwig in THE HUMBLING from the screenplay by Buck Henry and Michal Zebede based on the novel by Philip Roth.
