A Zombie Apocalypse Just in Time for Christmas with "Anna and the Apocalypse"



Orion Pictures recently released stills for their upcoming Horror Comedy "Anna and the Apocalypse". The film stars Ella Hunt, Malcom Cumming, Ben Wiggins, Sarah Swire and Christopher Leveaux.

"Anna and the Apocalypse" hits theaters on November 30th.

Plot Synopsis:

A zombie apocalypse threatens the sleepy town of Little Haven - at Christmas – forcing Anna and her friends to fight, slash and sing their way to survival, facing the undead in a desperate race to reach their loved ones. But they soon discover that no one is safe in this new world, and with civilization falling apart around them, the only people they can truly rely on are each other...

Ride the Wave with the Official Trailer for the Upcoming Drama "Run the Tide"


Orion Pictures and Momentum Pictures recently released the official trailer for their upcoming film "Run the Tide". The film stars Taylor Lautner, Constance Zimmer, Kenny Johnson, Johanna Braddy and Nico Christou.

"Run the Tide" hits theaters in limited release and VOD on December 2nd.

Plot Synopsis:

When their drug abusing mother is released from prison determined to rebuild their family, Rey kidnaps his younger brother Oliver and escapes their desert home for the California coast.

Official Stills for the Upcoming Dark Comedy "My Dead Boyfriend"


Orion Pictures recently send us stills for the upcoming dark comedy "My Dead Boyfriend". The film is directed by Anthony Edwards (Top Gun, ER) and starring Heather Graham (The Hangover, Austin Powers), Kate Moennig ("Ray Donovan," "The L Word"), John Corbett ("Sex & Drugs & Rock & Roll," "Sex and the City"), and Gina Gershon (Bound, Showgirls).

"My Dead Boyfriend" hits theaters in limited release and VOD on November 4th.

Plot Synopsis:

Mary’s life has been defined by a string of temp jobs and a half-hearted attempt to become a writer. But all that changes when she comes home to find her boyfriend dead in front of the TV set. During her misadventures in trying to get rid of his ashes - accidentally becoming the bassist in a rock band; bonding with the dog he left behind; awkward encounters with numerous ex-lovers; Mary discovers that there was much more to her couch potato boyfriend than she ever thought imaginable.

Official Stills for the Upcoming Remake of "The Town That Dreaded Sundown"


Orion Pictures recently released stills for their upcoming release of the remake of 1976 horror film "The Town That Dreaded Sundown". The  stars Addison Timlin, Gary Cole and Spencer Treat Clark. "The Town That Dreaded Sundown" hits theaters in limited release on October 16th.


Plot Synopsis:

Based on a terrifying true story, The Town That Dreaded Sundown picks up sixty-five years after a masked serial killer terrorized the small town of Texarkana, when the "moonlight murders" begin again. Is it a copycat or something even more sinister? A lonely high school girl, with dark secrets of her own, may be the key to catching the murderer.
