Film Festival Favorite "Coldwater" To Have Limited Theatrical and VOD Run


Breaking Glass Pictures recently announced that their latest release "Coldwater" will be hitting select theaters and VOD on August 15th, The film premiered at the 2013 SXSW Film Festival and since then it has won awards for Best Film, Best Director (Vincent Grashaw), and Best Actor (PJ Boudousqué) at the Las Vegas Film Festival, Audience Awards for Best Feature at the Fresh Film Festival in Prague, Czech Republic, and the Cinema At The Edge Film Festival in Santa Monica, California.

Breaking Glass Pictures follows the success of 2013's Geography Club with the release of their latest title, Coldwater, in select theaters and on VOD August 15, 2014.

Coldwater is a drama/thriller that follows P.J. Boudousque ("Pretty Little Liars" "American Horror Story") in a breakout performance as Brad Lunders, a troubled teen sent to a juvenile reform facility run by a retired war colonel played by James C. Burns (Transformers, Call of Duty). Tragic events unfold, echoing the sad state of similar facilities operating in the United States today.

Coldwater saw its World Premiere at SXSW in 2013 and has received rave reviews since.
