Press Release:

DVD News Flash is proud to announce a free screening of CALL GIRL OF CTHULHU at CineMug 1607 S. Broad St. Philadelphia, PA. The movie is being screened courtesy of Camp Motion Pictures on January 16 at 8 pm (BYOB w/ $2 corking fee).

CALL GIRL OF CTHULHU is directed by Chris Lamartina (WNUF HALLOWEEN SPECIAL) and stars Melissa O'Brien and David Phillip Carollo.

Carter Wilcox (Carollo) is a struggling artist who’s been saving his virginity for someone special. When he meets the enchanting escort Riley Whatley (O'Brien), he believes he’s found the one. Unfortunately, she’s also "someone special" to an ancient cult that believes she is the chosen bride of its alien god, Cthulhu. Forced to mate with the tentacled deity, Riley becomes a vessel for the spawn that will destroy mankind.

CineMug is a new hybrid video and coffee shop in Philadelphia that features a curated selection of art/cult/foreign/horror movie rentals and locally roasted ReAnimator coffee. CALL GIRL OF CTHULHU is the second local screening by DVD News Flash Events to promote the launch of a new Philadelphia film festival. The film festival staff is looking for volunteers to help get the unnamed festival off the ground. Please inquire at the screening if you are interested in getting involved.
