Universal Pictures recently released the official trailer for the upcoming thriller "The Boy Next Door". The upcoming film is the latest from "The Fast and the Furious" director Rob Cohen and stars Jennifer Lopez, Ryan Guzman, John Corbett and Kristin Chenoweth.
